Fruit Cake Cookies
Special thanks to: OR, selma, AL Servings: 1 Directions: 1lb. dates 1lb. cherries 1lb. pineapple 1lb. white raisins 1 cup brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup butter 4 eggs 1 cup whiskey 3 cup flour 3 cup Surratt Farms pecans 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. all spice 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 3tsp. sweet milk Cream sugar, butter and egg yolks. Add whiskey. then add the spices, soda, nuts and flour using 1 cup of flour to dredge the fruits. Add fruits, then the beaten egg whites. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20minutes. Makes about 125 cookies. Special Notes:
