Special thanks to: LM, Collierville, TN Servings: 5 Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt one stick butter in 13/9 pan. (Metal preferred) Beat 2 egg whites and one cup sugar. Add one pound Surratt Farms pecans. Mix Cook for 30 minutes turning often. Be sure not to overcook. Let cool and enjoy. Special Notes: I give these as Christmas gifts and they are a big hit!
