Special thanks to: HG, Crawley, WV Servings: 15 Directions: cream together 2 cups Sugar 1 cup margarine ADD 4 eggs beaten 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 teaspoons ground clove 2 teaspoons nutmeg 2 cups raisins 2 cups milk Mix all the above ingredients let come to a boil then cool. add: 2 teaspoons of soda dissolved with 2 tablespoons of warm water. 3 cups sifted flour Special Notes: 2 cups chopped Surratt Farms Pecans 1 cup crushed pineapple [drained] mix well Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch by 4 inch deep tube pan. Arrange on top pecan and red candied cherries. Bake 1 hour or until a tooth pick comes out clean. [My oven takes about 1 hour 20 minutes]
