Fresh Cranberry Pecan Salad
Special thanks to: JB, Bessemer, AL Servings: 12 Directions: 1 pkg Fresh Cranberries 1 lg can crushed pineapple drained 1 16 oz tub of Cool Whip 1 cup Surratt Farms chopped pecans 1 tbl of Sugar 1 tbl of lemon juice 1 can condensed milk Place cranberries, pecans, sugar, lemon juice in food processor to chop fine. Mix pineapple, cool whip, condensed milk together. Add cranberry mixture and place in a 9x13 glass dish. Refrigerate to set. Special Notes: This is great to make ahead of time. Can be frozen.
